We arrive one hour prior to your rental time for setup.
At the end of your rental time, we will break down and completely load out, which may take up to 45 minutes. Set-up and tear down are included in the price of our service.
We need a space that is at least 6’ long by 9’ wide by 10' high, but a 10'x10'x10' space is ideal! Make sure to leave space for a line as well.
Please place us inside especially during winter season, but if you planning an outside event, Yes! we can set-up as long as there is a canopy or covered area available. The photo booth may not be placed on grass or wet ground and away from sunlight to protect the equipment and backdrop.
In order to power our equipment, we require access to a standard three-pronged outlet. While it's ideal to have the outlet as close as possible, it can be located up to 25 feet away.
To operate our package, we require access to a standard three-pronged plug located within 25 feet. However, for an additional fee, we can provide a portable battery pack to power
